The booking form should be completed and returned with your deposit of 25% of the hire charge. Please make cheques payable to Woodlands Chalets and send to the address at the top of the booking form. If you have completed the form on-screen you should print a further copy for your own reference.
If you are booking 5 weeks or less before the start of the holiday please enclose the whole amount payable.
No booking is confirmed until a deposit has been accepted.
If only a deposit has been paid the balance of the charges will be requested 5 weeks before arrival.
Your completion of the booking form and our acceptance of the deposit forms a legally binding contract whereby the proprietors of Woodlands Chalets are entitled to claim full payment even if you have to cancel. However if the accommodation can be re-let a refund will be made less an administration charge.
We recommend that you consider taking out holiday cancellation insurance cover and should you decide to book with us we will send you details of a policy which offers cover for a small additional premium.
Electricity is by 50p slot meter.
The chalets are ideal for couples, but can be used by 4/5 people. They are fully equipped with the exception of towels and bed linen.
Please bring your bedding and bowls for pets.
Bookings are Saturday-Saturday. Accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Arrivals are expected between 3.00pm and 6.00pm unless special arrangements are made from 4pm onwards.
The hirer is responsible for damage and breakages which must be reported and paid for before departure.
The proprietors do not accept any responsibility for any injury either real or personal sustained to any visitor, or for the loss of or damage to any property brought to the chalets or car park.
